1.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing TexasGalTreasures.com or any content we publish (text, images, videos, PDFs, downloads, or other materials, collectively “Content”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Intellectual-Property Ownership

All Content on the Site is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Unless we give you prior written permission:

  • No copying, downloading, republishing, recording, screenshotting, scraping, framing, redistributing, or creating derivative works from our Content in any form—digital, print, audio, video, or otherwise—is allowed.

  • “Texas Gal Treasures,” “Rogue Wonders,” our logos, and any custom graphics or taglines are our trademarks or service marks and may not be used without consent.

3. Limited License for Personal Viewing

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and display the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or Content.

  • Use bots, spiders, crawlers, or similar tools to harvest data.

  • Embed our videos or images on third-party sites unless a share/embed button provided by us explicitly permits it.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Circumvent technical protection measures (e.g., right-click blocks, watermarks).

  2. Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution lines.

  3. Use the Site or Content for any commercial purpose, including training AI or large language models, without express written permission.

  4. Post or transmit any material that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

5. User-Generated Content 

If you voluntarily submit comments, photos, or other materials (“UGC”):

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your UGC in any media.

  • You warrant you have the rights to grant that license and that your UGC does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any behavior that we believe violates these Terms.
